Our Head of Revenue Management is a UC Berkeley alumni that brings nearly a decade of experience in the hospitality field, having led large short term rental organizations with over 3,000 listings and even small luxury boutiques; no matter where he's gone, revenue management and operations have been at the forefront of his expertise.

Common Questions

Do I need to book a call first?

We recommend everyone setup a call with our Head of Revenue Operations as he can answer a ton of questions and it's possible most of what you need can be solved in his 30 minute call.

What happens after I sign up?

Within 24 hours you'll get an email that will go over the onboarding steps. Depending on the number of units, this can take anywhere from 1 -15 minutes. After onboarding is complete we get started on looking over all of your listings and putting together a listing health report for you. After you onboarding in complete, we'll schedule an official kickoff call with you in about 3-5 days after that onboarding submission. If at any point during that time you need to ask questions, you can text us, or schedule a video call.

What is the cost?

We charge a flat $150 per listing under the full service revenue management program, which is inclusive of everything mentioned above. If you're looking for some additional value to warrant the expense, book a call and let's see what we can do!

If you have 25 or more listings, we have pricing that fits larger businesses.
